Prioritize Candidate Review
Each job opening questions can to tied you your individual performance needs. Candidate responses and subsequent scores can then be used to identify the higher potential candidates. Our data based system prioritizes your candidate review while removing the possibility of individual biases and preferences.
The system also uses a 5 star ranking average. After each person involved in the selection process reviews the candidate’s information, they provide a number of stars ranking with a 1 to 5 rating. The software then calculates an average overall star rating based on the input.
